Julien Jaca (b. 1985, Toulouse, France) is an artist and painter living and creating in Hossegor, along the Atlantic Coast of South-West France. Educated at the Toulouse School of Fine Arts from 2008 to 2012, Jaca chose to leave the academic environment to pursue a career as an international tattoo artist.
His global travels have introduced him to the tactile beauty of traditional art forms and craftsmanship, fostering a deep appreciation for their honesty and spiritual resonance. This respect permeates his work, infusing each piece with a sense of authenticity and connection to cultural heritage.
In 2018, a significant event reshaped his artistic and personal journey, inspiring one of his seminal works, “THE ONLY PICTURE I WILL EVER HAVE OF YOU.” This experience marked a pivotal moment in Jaca’s evolution, influencing his creative trajectory and thematic focus.
